What is image stitching?

Image stitching merges multiple images into one long image, commonly used for chat screenshot compilations, long screenshots, document collection, and content layouts.

The tool supports vertical and horizontal directions with center and stretch alignment.

How to use

Three steps to stitch images:

  • Drop or select multiple images; reorder them in the list as needed.
  • Set the direction, alignment, background, scale, and format.
  • Click "Stitch" to preview, then download the result.

Tips

  • The stitch order matches the list order; move items up or down anytime.
  • For screenshots, use center mode to avoid aspect-ratio distortion.
  • For very large sets, lower the scale before stitching.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many images can I stitch?+
Up to 20 images. You can reorder or remove any image in the list and re-stitch.
How are images with different sizes handled?+
Center mode keeps each image's original aspect ratio centered; stretch mode stretches images to the alignment width (vertical) or height (horizontal).
How do I use a transparent background?+
Choose the transparent background and export PNG to keep transparency; JPEG does not support transparency and will use a white background automatically.
The result is too large. What can I do?+
Lower the scale (e.g. 50%) or switch to JPEG output to reduce the final file size and canvas dimensions.
