Windows 10 / 11: Windows can't play video wallpapers natively, so use a wallpaper app and load your MP4 into it. Keep the file in H.264 MP4 for maximum compatibility.
Android: Many launchers and system themes accept video wallpapers directly — look for "Video wallpaper" or "Live wallpaper" in your wallpaper picker, then choose the downloaded MP4.
